“My husband and I popped in for breakfast this morning. We were amazed at how quickly we were seated and served with as crowded as it was! Our breakfasts were delicious and service was excellent! We will definitely be back!👍🏻“

“I absolutely adore this place, and I’m completely shocked something like this exists in the St. Louis area! I had the vegan croissant and it was extremely delicious, very close to the vegan croissants I’ve had in France. I also got the cheesecake and it was absolutely amazing. It didn’t have any of the weird flavors some vegan cheesecakes have, and probably tasted closer to dairy cheesecake. I also had some macarons, but they seemed like they were a little older. There weren’t many in the case during my visit, and I saw a photo from someone else a few days after my visit that showed a full case, so I could only surmise they were less fresh. The flavors were good, but they were a little hard. Overall, this place is clearly a winner. The outside and the inside are decorated in such a nice and beautiful way. When I lived in St. Louis a short time about 20 years ago, I would’ve never imagined a place like this could have existed in the area. “We love Sugar & Slice! We have used them for birthday cakes in the past and we knew they would be best for our wedding cake. We just got married this past weekend in May and they did a fantastic job using our reference to build our cake. The cake was beautiful and tasted amazing. The texture was still soft and full of flavor. We can't recommend them enough. They also did an amazing spread of cookies and cinnamon rolls. “I had the chance to check out Dave’s Hot Chicken in Chesterfield, Missouri this past weekend, and I ended up going both Saturday and Sunday. That alone should say a lot about how good the experience was.
One thing that really stood out to me right away was how they opened their doors to support our Army Reserve unit. They made it easy for us to come in, get a solid meal, and stay within a budget of under $14 per person. That’s not something every place is willing to work with, and it showed a lot of respect and appreciation for service members. It meant a lot to me and the team.
Now let’s talk about the food. Dave’s Hot Chicken lives up to its name. The wings are hot. If you like spice, this is your spot. What I liked most is that it is not just heat for the sake of heat. The flavor is there too. The seasoning is on point, and you can tell they put effort into making sure the food actually tastes good, not just burns your mouth. Even going back the second day, the quality was consistent, which is something I always pay attention to.
They also had a great selection of food and drinks. Whether you want to go all in on spice or keep it more mild, there are options for everyone. That makes it easy if you are going with a group like we were, because not everyone has the same tolerance for heat. No one felt left out, and everyone walked away full.
The service was another big highlight. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and on top of everything. Even with a group coming in, they handled it smoothly and kept things moving. You could tell they cared about making sure we had a good experience. That kind of customer service goes a long way and is something I do not take for granted.
The restaurant itself was clean and well taken care of. Tables were wiped down, the floors looked good, and the overall atmosphere felt organized. It is one of those things that might seem small, but it makes a big difference when you are sitting down to eat.
Overall, this was a great experience. Good food, strong flavors, fair pricing, and a team that knows how to take care of their customers. The fact that they supported our Army Reserve group and worked within a budget just made it even better.
I would definitely come back again, and honestly, I probably will the next time I am in the area. If you are in Chesterfield and want something with real flavor and a little kick, Dave’s Hot Chicken is worth checking out.“

“I absolutely LOVE the Orange Dreamsicle at Narwhals! It's my favorite guilty pleasure. If you remember orange pushpops - this drink will bring you right back to your childhood. I have tried several other favors and they are all delicious but the orange dreamsicle is the best.

I get Narwhals frequently and I have even had them cater an event. Having the drink machines at our family reunion was a huge hit. They made the experience so pleasant and easy - I highly recommend adding their service to your next event.

I go out of my way to get Narwhals and love it everytime. The employees are always so friendly and helpful with trying new flavors. I highly recommend giving them a try if you haven't.

And our kids love their smoothies. They have great non-alcholic options as well.“

They had us all set up for 25 people beautifully when we arrived and was quickly introduced to our amazing server, Katie. What I ordered was (2) Bestie 2 Combos, one with Sweet Ribs and Smoked Wings sides were Sweet Potato Chips and Mac n Cheese, the 2nd Bestie 2 Combie was Ribs, Smoked wings and for the sides it was the Fries and the Mac N Cheese. Total for the Order was $41.72 Charged to VISA Debit Card Ending In (4360) I recently moved away to Iowa in the past 1 year so anytime I come into town in Saint Charles to see my parents which is often I always get Salt N Smoke in Saint Charles, MO I wish I could get it from Delmar if it was closer because I have never had a bad experience at that location ever, however Saint Charles is a different story. When I got to my parents I noticed all of the food was cold, not even slightly warm, I was really confused on how that was possible because I arrived at Salt N Smoke in Saint Charles before my order was finished. I ended up warming up both dinners because I did not want to waste food but still could not get myself to finish the meal mainly because there was something very wrong with the chicken almost like it was spoiled, my girlfriend was trying to be polite and ate everything to her regret, 1 day later she told me she had the worse stomach pain she has ever felt and it was so bad where we had to rush her to the E.R Hospital at Great River Health Center in Fort Madison, IA where we currently reside. After waiting 2 hours, doing blood tests and urine samples the doctor came to the conclusion that my girlfriend had gotten "Gastritis" which is a bad stomach inflammation which the doctor recommended it was caused from the poultry at the BBQ place she ate which was Salt N Smoke on Saint Charles... Tried to write them via Email no response, they will be hearing from my attorney.“

“Had a great experience at Crumbl. Maddie, Bre, and Cooper were all amazing. They were super friendly, patient, and really took their time helping us decide. You can tell they actually care about customer service and making sure everything is right.

“This place is the most welcoming, warm, full of good people dive bar I have ever been to in my life. Lots of pinball machines, wonderful bartenders and patrons, Dan-o's pizza if you get hungry. The pinball machines are half the cost. They are anywhere else that I've been to. The owners are amazing. And the people are such a great group of people.
