I have been a customer of Salt N Smoke for the past 4 years and always have had a wonderful experience, however this recent time with a nightmare to say the least... I ordered on 1/12/2022 around 8:45 PM via a Call-In on a Debit Card. What I ordered was (2) Bestie 2 Combos, one with Sweet Ribs and Smoked Wings sides were Sweet Potato Chips and Mac n Cheese, the 2nd Bestie 2 Combie was Ribs, Smoked wings and for the sides it was the Fries and the Mac N Cheese. Stopped in for lunch today and enjoyed the sun on the patio. We placed an order for hushpuppies when we place our drink order. After a significant amount of time passed, a manager dropped by the table to let us know that there was some difficulty in the kitchen and offered to bring us another appetizer while things were being sorted out with the hush puppies.
