“I go to the Shack at least once a month. I was there recently and received excellent food and service. Jennifer was great server, nothing was too much trouble. She helped move all of our coats and bags in order to change our seats. She was cheerful and helpful. I bring my out-of-town guests here often. The menu includes healthy,creative, delicious entrees, and as well as gluten free options.“

“Gioia’s Winghaven is our go to for sandwiches! Always get the order correct, always timely service, always wonderful customer service, always delicious! The only complaint is I can’t have them on Sunday! :( We’ve tried to go back to other sandwich shops on a Sunday and it never compares to Gioia’s. “I had three bad experiences at global quesadilla on 141 and Clayton The first time I went in there they told me they don't accept cash. the second time I went in I got a quesadilla, some chips, and queso. the queso tasted awful. it tasted like warmed up canned cheese or something. I'd buy at the gas station but not the hot stuff in the dispenser that tasted better. And to be honest, there's nothing special about the quesadillas for the ingredients that go into it, the amount of time it takes to make and what they're charging for it. I find it ridiculous. if it's not going to taste good it should be cheap. at that point I'd rather make them at home. my third bad experience is a as a doordasher. after confirming the name of my customer, I proceeded to include my business card. global quesadilla doesn't own that food. that food was paid for by my customer. they have no right to tell me I can't put a business card with the food. the employee proceeds to yell at me multiple times to hand the food back to which I responded no twice and started walking out of the store. he proceeded to follow me out of the store continuing to yell at me and I had to tell him multiple times to back up/go inside / leave me alone. and if he touched me there's going to be a problem I shouldn't be in fear for my physical safety going into any establishment. they were also rude and unprofessional the first day I went in trying to pay with cash. how they've handled themselves multiple times is completely unacceptable. there's a reason why I only ate the food once. if I want Mexican food I'll make it myself or go to Taco Bell or a sit-down Mexican restaurant.“

“I’m 78, travelled the world and these are the very best noodles and noodle dishes I have ever had. I doubt I will ever eat ramin or udon ever again. This is not a fancy sit down restaurant, it’s a Japanese noodle restaurant or social bar. The young lady receptionist/waitress was very welcoming and helpful. The cooks are hard working and friendly. It was messy made the bun soggy and just all around gross. I was going to bring all my kidd back to eat and will NEVER EAR HERE AGAIN. When we walked in Josh was on it, made us feel we were “regulars”, like he new us personally and Stacey, the hostess that seated us, was equally as welcoming and we were seated promptly. I don’t believe we got our kind servers name, but the beautiful young lady was on it as well. The chefs/kitchen were on par as well, hubby had one of the eggs Benedict with a side of biscuit and gravy, I had the Ranchers beef salad, one of the best beef and blue cheese salads I’ve EVER had, and believe me, I’ve had a “few” 😋🤫😊 Hubs also loved the huge coffee mugs his coffee and my Kahluah/hot chocolate(yum on this damp chilly day)were served in…this where my only complaint would be, my mug was chipped along the rim 😅 All that said, it was just a fantastic way to start our Sunday. “We love Sugar & Slice! We have used them for birthday cakes in the past and we knew they would be best for our wedding cake. We just got married this past weekend in May and they did a fantastic job using our reference to build our cake. The cake was beautiful and tasted amazing. The texture was still soft and full of flavor. We can't recommend them enough. They also did an amazing spread of cookies and cinnamon rolls. “My sister gifted my husband and I a gift card for Xmas. She works for three kings in south county another establishment with the same owners. The food and atmosphere at Three Kings is so great that we were thrilled to see they’d opened a Mexican restaurant as we love tacos! Just from walking up from the partying lot, I knew it would be great! The outside dining had lots of themed touches that were really nice! Soon as we walked in we were greeted and told of our wait time. we really appreciated that the hostess took our number and called us when our table was ready. We ended up sitting and waiting, we like to people watch :D the decor was gorgeous! I loved the succulent chandelier, the floral walls, the ceramic and the mosaic touches! All of their establishments are inviting and really create a nice atmosphere! Our server Charlie was friendly and knowledgeable regarding drinks and food! We each had a delicious margarita! The chips and salsa were fantastic! My husband ordered a smothered burrito and I opted for a taco plate. I was very impressed with the amount of options on the food especially for health conscious people- vegan, gluten free, etc! I loved that I could mix and match, I had a Baja fish taco and the vegan chorizo. Both were amazing! The slaw on the baja taco was sweet and crunchy! This was my first experience with vegan chorizo and it was the perfect amount of spicy! The plantains were delicious and basically became our dessert! We over indulged too much and skipped dessert, but we will be back soon so that we can order the Churros! Highly recommend checking out Tres Reyes and or Three Kings if you haven’t yet! Don’t waste your money at Peel Wood Fire Pizza in Clayton unless you like overpriced soggy pizza, made that mistake once, never going there again now I know how good this place is. Quick to respond to calls and emails. Gracious, and just wonderful altogether... and that's just the service. The food? The empty pans, told the story. Brisket, Turkey and Pork for meats. What keeps you coming back are the amazing staff, inviting vibes, excellent work stations (for those of us who wfh but need to have people around), and community engagement.
