Having lived in Thailand for an over a decade, when returned and looked for authentic food, it was difficult to find. Bangkok Bistro has the most authentic I could find around St. Louis. The owner is pretty cool too.

We found our new favorite Thai restaurant! The food is fresh and delicious! We always gauge our Thai restaurants by their spring rolls and Pad Thai and YUMMY, this place knocked it out of the park! We met Mei, one of the owners and she was so sweet. This is her first restaurant and I’m glad she picked St. Charles to set up shop!

Absolutely incredible Thai food. The fresh, thick noodles in the Pad See Ew were unforgettable, and the curry was just as impressive. I’m constantly searching for good Thai spots, and this one is the best I’ve had in the area. Plus, it’s run by a genuinely sweet couple. A must‑try.
