I am beyond livid at the state of your freaking parking lot. The line was out of the parking lot. I was trying to get a bagel from your neighbor Panera and had to sit in my parking spot for 20 minutes trying to get out because your patrons are so incredibly rude and your parking/drive thru situation is ridiculous. I am no longer going to frequent your location (which I currently do almost daily) until you figure out some sort of traffic management system!
