Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

I ordered two 4pc chicken mild with a large mashed potatoes. Of course the chicken was spicy (not a big deal) but the mashed potatoes still had powder at the bottom of the container. Now there's no way someone didnt notice this. Of course this is not edible but I guess me spending $30 on delivery isnt a big deal to whomever own this store because this is an ongoing thing with the quality of the food.

Got screamed at yo leave the lobby at 7:15pm being told the lobby was closed. And then had profanities yelled at me that are not appropriate to share

Came at 1pm on a Friday and they weren't open even though I ordered online and they're supposed to be open at 10am.

They really need better training, Because they don’t kno Breast from thighs. And this is not the first time. Today my experience from the young lady was exceptional. She was taken orders and frying chicken, and also they were having an inspection. And yes I’m going back to see did they past.

Took 20 minutes to get one meal. Toilet seat was missing from toilet and bathrooms were disgusting. The employees all had an attitude like I was an inconvenience for going there. This place has been a problem for quite some time now. Maybe it's time for new management.

If I could give this store a negative review I would. Absolutely horrible customer service, long wait times, and when you get home the order is wrong. NEVER EVER GO TO THIS STORE!

Broke my tooth on a piece of a chicken tenders that was literally as tough as beef jerky

About once a year I give this location another chance. No more. Order a 3 piece all white meat spicy combo at 11:20 am on a Saturday. Get told spicy just got put into the fryers and it will be an 8 minute wait. Say ok and pull forward to wait in drive through. Wait 20 minutes. Food is brought out but employee tells me it's something else so he says check it. It's a 2 piece regular. He asks if im ok with that and thst that actually judt now a t 11:40 dropped the spicy in the fryer and I say well I'm short a piece I paid for. He says ok and brings out a regular thigh. It's WRONG evrytime at this location.

Very courteous employees. Delicious, huge spicy chicken sandwich.

Great customer service and great food !!

BEWARE - we ordered through the drive through. We got the order and it was wrong. I got chicken on the bone and wanted chicken strips. Our sweet tea was just unsweet tea. We got no forks and we needed those for the cold slaw and red beans and rice. We got an abundance of sauces (7) that we didn’t need. We also got no napkins. Are the guys high or what because this is the second time we have had this happen at about 2 in the afternoon at the Lake St. Louis restaurant.

Tried to eat there at 7pm on a Friday night. We ordered 2 chicken tender meals and the guy taking the order punched it in then left, didn't take it money. Another guy put 2 chicken wing meals on the counter. We told them it shooting have been tenders, he said they didn't have any and it would take 30 minutes to make. The floor was so greasy i slipped on it. The bathroom was disgusting.
