It was a great day and I highly recommend purchasing Tram tickets as the guide Joe was amazing with knowledge of history and the background of the animals. It is worth the extra cost. I recommend that you get reservations early for the tram as Joe said the animals are more active in the morning. The animals were active and able to get the best pictures up close.
If you want to go somewhere really pretty, I highly recommend stopping here. Be sure to take the 2 hour tram ride through the park, totally worth it.
We had a wonderful time! We took the tram and had an amazing guide, Barry. It was beautiful and so peaceful. Can’t wait to go back.

The spinach artichoke dip was also delicious and super creamy. The staff helps create a great experience, making it a highly recommended spot to relax and enjoy the scenery after exploring Dogwood Canyon. The atmosphere can't be beat, and the food was good for an attraction/park, meeting expectations and being worth the price. Service was good and quicker than expected, with waitresses being kind and keeping drinks full.
