We were encouraged by the campground we were staying in to try this place out for breakfast. I am so glad we did. Great service, yummy food, and reasonable prices. When we make it back to the area, this will definitely be our go to for breakfast.

Wife and i came here cause she loved Catricks as a child.
the menu offerings are decently priced, and the wait staff was attentive enough.

now the reason for the 3 stars,
while the pricing is decent, we got steaks, and they must have a supplier who gets the meat that is graded just high enough for human consumption cause cause they definitely where not choice or prime cuts. the ribeye is priced at around 18 USD, and comes with two sides, the mashed potatoes taste like potatoe flakes, however the herb mix made them relatively delicious compared to standard fare potatoe flakes. Now to the meat, a ribeye should be juicy, and tender cause of all the intramuscular fat, these where NOT juicy, and where very tough with the intra muscular fat being more like a gristle. they where seasoned well, but the meat quality itself is just not there. ( honestly raise the price 7 USD and use choice grade minimum your patrons will thank you for not having to chew on shoe leather cooked medium)

Next the fries.. the fries that came out as one of the sides LOOKED crispy, but as we grabbed them they where flimsy and soggy, which means the cooking color is from old fryer oil.. so.. change the fryer oil and in the process please PLEASE clean out the fryer.

as for the appetizer the description for potatoe skins said cheeze and bacon, and while it did have cheese, the baconm was NOT bacon, it was imitation bacon bits.. still good, but when you're expecting actual bacon and get imitation... o.0 really?

now for drinks, tea was ok, but it's tea, not hard, the soda however needs tweaked, little more fizzy bubbles water and a little less syrup

so that is reason for 3 stars, tough steak, undercooked fries, and fake bacon bits, and the soda mixture needing addressed.

Great service, great food! We had a late lunch after an afternoon fishing trip. The handcut fry’s and cheese burgers were great!
