1. “Security guard” was extremely rude. 2. Line to check in was 40+ deep and out the door. Check in system is inefficient. 3. Entire campsite was sand! Not gravel or grass, SAND! It was awful with kids. 4. Grabbed dinner at Paddlers. Took 90 minutes and our order wasn’t even correct! 5. Kids wanted to do the aerial park and was told it was closed because their employees were working the flosts. Why offer it then?! 6. River access area was great and the kids loved that but that was about it. 7. Loud all night long into the early morning with golf carts, trucks honking, music blaring

booked a four camper buddy site for the whole weekend. attempted to get my specific spot a night earlier and they wanted to charge me for the whole four sites. pettiness at its finest there is a reason I haven't been here since new ownership. and probably the reason they were the only ones still available for Buddy sites when we were looking

I booked a cabin with ozark and decided to cancel awhile late. It was so hard to get ahold of anyone to cancel. when they finally called me back they left a voicemail because I was at work. I did not get any chance to call them back and they kept 75.. it was probably stated in the agreement that if you cancel you lose 75 but the fact that it took weeks to get a response and by then I wouldn't have canceled because I did not want to lose 75 on it. they should have spoke with me first.

Ozark Outdoors has been our favorite campground for over 20 years. This Labor Day weekend we had an unfortunate experience. The greatest feature of this campground is their vast beach area. This area is now taken up by other outfitters. While I understand this, I didn’t understand the canoes and kayaks being purposely set up on part of the remaining half of the beach to keep people off. OOD staff moved the kayaks and canoes to make room but only after we asked and they did so begrudgingly. I just don’t understand why they want to keep people off the best part of the campground 😩

Rude and Hateful Workers. Disgusting Bathrooms. Heard this USED to be the place to go. Obviously good things eventually come to an end and it is sad that the new ownership is letting this “Resort” turn into a dump.

My whole family camped and floated there for 28 years, made reservations this year for four campers $630, called back 4 minutes later to transfer into my sons name, customer service was horribly rude, telling me it was going to be a $25.00 charge to cancel, was not canceling just transferring, also $50. Fee to cancel bull float when there is a waiting list. Ozark outdoors is all about the money, rude and not family orientated, Would rather pay $25 than give them $630, will not go back!
