“We stopped in for an afternoon lunch. My wife had the pulled pork sandwich and I had chili and a toasted cheese sandwich. I was impressed with the chili and liked how much meat they put in it. Our waitress was very nice and the food hit the spot.”

“We stopped in to Muddy Banks with our boys after going to the Cavern tour. Very friendly service. Nice, new, big, modern barn style restaurant with patio. My husband LOVED the pulled pork sandwich. Vegetarian options available! The portobello sandwich was delicious. Mac and cheese and fries good too! Hibiscus tea was wonderful. I tried the Pink Bunny feature drink which was very refreshing! “This restaurant is small , so if you don't like tight spaces then it's not for you. I wanted a certain sandwich & they were out (at lunch). The French toast I ordered was ok but the bread was really dark. My husband's medium rare steak sandwich was rare.Wheelchair accessibility: Not wheelchair friendly.”

“Stopped here on the way home from a trip as I was trying to find a place that would be historical and small town ambiance. the food was excellent. Very fresh. Very friendly owners and staff. Very cleverly decorated right down to the pencil that is holding the toilet paper roll and model cars in the bathroom. Right across the street is another mural besides the one on their building and the park with train sculpture and wood people. Will be back!Kid-friendliness: There are table games for the kids.”

The Torpedo appetizer, a pretzel bread with meat and creamy sauce, was delightful. The Smash Steak entrée, a BBQ smashed steak with caramelized onions and brown gravy, was equally satisfying.Even on a busy Saturday, our group of five found seating easily, and the service was outstanding. “These are the best frappes in the area. If you're a coffee person like my husband and I are, then this is where to get your coffee. It's high quality ingredients and consistent every time. The owner is always nice and pleasant and accommodating. I suggest the Cardinal Mocha and regular Mocha frappes, but there are lots of options and all are great. There's also lots of art for sale and various types and mediums. Books written by local authors, including the owner, are available to read or purchase. And there's free WiFi.”
