Alyssa is fantastic! I have Alpha Gal and she made sure the kitchen took extra precautions, and checked back frequently to make sure we were ok! Cowboy Margarita was delicious as well!
Every time I come to Cuba I have to stop by and get my favorite chicken taquitos. The staff is amazing and the owners do so much for the community. Highly recommend!

The atmosphere is beautiful with an insane interior, vibrant cultural visuals, and artwork on the walls and tables. There is no wait for a table with immediate service, and food is served fresh and to order within 10 minutes. The food itself is amazing, with favorites including the chicken taquitos, fajitas, and the special of the day. The complimentary chips and salsa are fresh and addictive. The staff is fantastic, with one guest noting Alyssa took extra precautions for an Alpha Gal allergy. The Cowboy Margarita is delicious. The owners do so much for the community. It is the best authentic Mexican and worth the detour off hwy 44 in Cuba, MO.
