I went through the drive-thru this evening thought I would get me a banana split I get it home it's just a big bowl of ice cream with very little chocolate strawberry and pineapple so I call and tell them about this and she hangs up on me not very customer friendly considering I work in customer service
I appreciate this DQ location. The GM there always thinks of their staff when the weather is getting bad will close.
Putting safety over the few dollars they may make in bad weather. This speaks volumes of management . Big props‼️
I also,always have good service at this location. Food orders are always correct and food is fresh. Friendly as well.
Best icecream around. Great clean environment 🍧
