Today a single mom of like five kids ordered breakfast to be delivered because she had no vehicle, not only did she not get all her food the GM told her it wasn't his problem she had no way up there to get the missing food to feed her two kids. Didn't offer any other recourse to help offset the other ten dollars she was going to have to spend to go get the food. Then has enough nerve to gaslight her when she gets upset.
