Waited for a very long time for a drink to the point of me going inside and telling them I was waiting for a tea but it was taking so long I figured I’d come in and order and make it myself to skip the small but not moving line. I paid he tried telling me to try again when it said approved and then they had no tea in the lobby so I had to stand their trying to get someone’s attention while the manager and other worker had conversations

Was in line in drive thru for over 20 minutes. For 3 items. The people were messing around in there. After 20 minutes I called them and asked what was taking so long. She lied and said she was the only person there when we clearly saw others working in there too and then she was very hateful and hung up on me. It wasn't even busy. She was just a horrible employee. If I could give no stars I would.

Ordered simple two double cheese add mac sauce and a fry. got two double cheese with no mac sauce, pattys were burned and unraveled in bag, all of the food was cold. Absolutely do not waste your time or money here.
Took an hour toget through the line. Drinks were half empty. Strange experience

Omg. I wish I had taken pictures of our fish sandwiches. We were just starting out on our 4 hour road trip. We both have not been to McDonald's for over 6 years. I certainly hope I never forget why and give them one more try. We ordered 2 fish filets and 2 fries. After about 3 miles down the highway, I opened the sandwiches. We were blown away by the amount of tartar sauce on both of these. You literally could not even see the bread, much less the fish. Still not sure if there was any fish involved here. I am definitely going to write corporate. But wait, why? Will anyone far away from the grind really care. We'll see. I've opened up and brought to profit a few business ventures, so this customer service fiasco has ruined most. No returning to any fast food menu item they offer. Never ever again.

We went through the drive through. Their food is compatible with most drive throughs. We don't eat there much anymore since it costs as much as a nice sit down restaurant where we are waited on. I think they are pricing themselves out of business.

1st time to McDonald's in 2 years or longer and then before that maybe a handful in the last 10 years. I once saw a happy meal that had sat on display for 6 years in a health store in steamboat springs Colorado. It still looked like it was fresh.
