Subway is a restaurant that offers a mixed experience. While some customers have been disappointed with skimpy sandwiches, others have had a marvelous experience with kind and helpful staff. The Elm St location stands out for its friendly service and accurately made sandwiches, redeeming the Subway experience for some customers.
