No care is taken in ensuring an order is correct. Substitutions and changes are ignored. If you like food exactly how it’s pictured on the menu, it’s fine. But when I order things for my child and all the spicy sauces are slathering her food when I’ve asked to leave it off, it leaves me with a hungry toddler and a ruined meal. (Obviously I feed her something else, but I shouldn’t have to if I payed for her food). The first time it happened I didn’t think to check, I ordered a cheese only quesadilla. She ended up tearing into a chicken quesadilla smothered with chipotle sauce. Not a happy camper.

Third time they didn’t fill the cheese sauce up, was about 1/4 full, but it’s thrown in the bag so it looks full when the sauce stains the sides. I’m glad Taco Bell fills the need to continue to take advantage of people with rising prices, smaller tacos and now can’t even fill your cheese sauce container over half way lol. They must be really hurting.

Better than most of the local Taco Bell. It has decent seating, and actual people that take your order. It was very cold inside and the usual horribly designed bathrooms. The employees were friendly.

Updated review. You can't order at the counter, except to pay after ordering with a kiosk. There is an employee who wanders the dining room pretending to organize sauce packets who could be taking your order. Disappointing.

So I work at the mc Donald’s next door to this Taco Bell, while I was on break I bought a grilled cheese burrito and the manger Jorden was extremely rude and giving me ugly looks. It took her 25 minutes to remember she forgot to make my burrito (mind you I was on a 30 minute break) and made the most sloppy ass burrito in my life. I asked for extra sour cream and this girl put extra meat and I mean a lot of meat that’s all it basically was? Not very happy because I usually have the best experience ever but that manger should be better as a manager. I understand that it was busy and when it’s fast food it’s very stressful but you shouldn’t be sloppy!

All these workers at this location are very rude. Especially if you door dash. They are currently in there cussing and flipping bags hatefully and taking their time with everyone's order. The food is sloppily put together and just thrown in the bag. They really need to do something about their staff.
