Tokyo Hibachi express (food truck)

Absolutely beautiful food presentation, wonderful staff, food tasted fresh and the fried food was hot and delicious. Hands down best crab rangoon in Lebanon, MO! Highly recommend! Authentic!

The staff are amazing and the food is amazing. Avil did such an amazing job with the hibachi grill and kept my whole family entertained through the whole cooking experience. I recommend this place highly.

Food was delicious and we did not have to wait long for our appetizers and drinks. But the best part was the people, the servers, and the Hibachi chef who was loads of fun. Thank God we have a Hibachi grill here now in our little town.

Always kind of hesitant with food trucks but this one is always there, not the fly by night kind, so decided to try it.
Had the shrimp and salmon hibachi singles. Both dishes were prepared well and tasty.
There is a lot of rice that comes with the orders, a lot.

The food is great. I’m not a big rice fan. But their rice is so flavorful that I enjoyed every bite. The hibachi steak was tender. The vegetables were crisp and flavorful. The hibachi shrimps flavor was slightly sweet and unique. We will definitely be back. The proportions were big. Definitely worth it. The photos don’t do it justice (we were snacking before taking the pics lol).

This place is labeled as a restaurant but is a food truck. We drove half an hour to have a nice sit down dinner. They have a picture of a building… but rest assured, this is a food truck and not an actual restaurant.

I will say it seemed quite busy, but a little salty over the fact we drove all this way for a specific type of environment, we left.

Parking: It is a food truck in the Firestone parking lot. There are parking spaces, but some are already taken by the business that actually occupies the lot. There are maybe a select few or handful that might be free for you to quickly grab your food and go.
