Our Waitress was wonderful. The food, however, not so much my grits were disgusting.We got our food out one at a time.I don't understand why they would not bring it all out together.I was eating before my husband even got the rest of his food.We will not be back.

When did the waffles become paper thin? They use to be so good. I no longer go to Waffle House. My daughter came to visit from out of state and she also ask me why the waffles weren't like they use to be. I have a photo of them but I don't see a spot to post a photo.

Ordered two plain hamburgers to go, no sides. They added $1.35 service charge and then another $1.35 to go charge. Hamburgers were already overpriced compared to similar hamburgers at many other places. Order ended up being almost $17!
Well never recieved the waffle but charged for it, manager said she will give us 10% so basically I paid for the waffle.. won't go back. I would have if manager didn't charge me for the waffle and made it right. Lost a customer, word of mouth does alot.

Everyone was so nice and welcoming! As a black girl who's from Michigan, naturally, you are skeptical about how you'll be treated in southern establishments... I was blown away by how welcoming everyone was. Billy in particular was super sweet & his hospitality was great. The food was great, the experience was amazing. I'm not sure if or when I'll be back to MO, but I'll never forget this particular Waffle House. Thanks you guys!!!
Parking: I traveled with my boyfriend in his semi truck and learned how hard it is for semi trucks to find parking just to eat, this Waffle House had places for truck drivers to safely park and grab a bite to eat.
Billy, Lainey, and shift supervisor (i didn't catch his name), where all friendly. We walked in, and they had wiped all the tables. The grill and cook stations were BY FAR, the cleanest waffle house I've been to...im southern I've been to many! The food was amazing. The atmosphere they set was awesome! By far the best service I have had at a restaurant in a long time! Lots of food choices as at any waffle house! Comfort food at its best. Made us feel at home.
