Best customer service!! The new manager DeCarey was so helpful in signing our family up for the rewards program. It was raining outside and he took extra care to cover each order so it didn’t get wet by the rain. Super, friend, courteous, up and beyond customer service!!
This location has always been very friendly and personable to me and my husband. Customer service is great, ice cream is always satisfying, and the location is fun to spend time around. I like how it's close to RTE 291 and a busy shopping area in Lee's Summit. My favorite item to order is the Boot Daddy and the Make Your Own Concrete.
I resisted going here for years because it's a chain but finally broke down and went. It's great! The concretes and malt's are great and the service couldn't be better.
