Ordered a mango habanero chicken wrap and fries to go. Fries were bottom-of-the-barrel hard, and wrap was completely devoid of any sauce. Always have good food in-house. Learned our lesson about to-go

Waitresses could be more competent and more knowledgeable about the things they're supposed to know and should know about the establishment after we finished eating that's when we were told about the perks that we should have gotten đŸ€” , the food itself it was so so , wings with slightly overcooked fries were slightly overcooked the fried pickles were good , I can't say if and when I'll be back because like I said the experience kind of put me on the side where I just want to be done with Buffalo wild wings in Lee's summit altogether , just being honest

Food is not that special and way overpriced. Burgers, wings, fries for the amount you'd pay at a steakhouse. The atmosphere of concrete floors and cheap chairs doesn't warrent the price either. My mushroom Swiss burger was overly greasy, meaning they use a lower grade beef with a high fat content. The Swiss cheese was nonexistent, and the fries were overcooked. I don't get it. Was the first and last time I'll go there. The fact that they charge for chicken wings the same amount as a strip steak is ridiculous.

My wife and I stopped into Buffalo Wild Wings in Lee Summit, Missouri tonight we ordered our food or drinks. We waited for over an hour. We also went and without getting any food, we witnessed employees wrestling around with each other in the kitchen area, touching each other, rubbing each other’s heads handling food we also witnessed one employee going to the bathroom with gloves on for 20 minutes, coming back out with the same gloves on going back into the kitchen and grabbing food. The manager we had to stop (his name is Thom,) and tried to address our concerns and he said that he would address the situation and that he was sorry he was trying to get food out. We are very understanding however this is unacceptable with anyone that is in the business of food handling. While addressing the manager, he said, don’t push me when I ask him what he was going to do about it( the service )and then got in a defensive fighting stance towards me upon which my wife and I got up and left and we were told by the waitress that we need to just leave and all we were trying to do is find out where our food was and why we were not being serve served. Absolutely appalling!

Dined in and the food took way longer then it should have and I got the pick 6 for $20 and I said I wanted one to be boxed up and instead of just cooking the food they said I had to wait 30 more minutes for the food. Don’t know why they didn’t just cook the food and put it in a To-Go box. Sad becuase b-dubs is one of my favorite places to eat but today they disappointed me.

Christine has been our server the last two times we've been in, and she's absolutely amazing! Super friendly and attentive. The food also got to us pretty fast given the Sunday night football crowd.

If youre young, ignore this review and go enjoy life. If youre old and care about what goes in your body, press pause on the VCR or your Walkman and listen. The wings here are ridiculously salty! Honestly I have no idea how they smuggle so much salt in both their bone-in and boneless wings. Its not just the sauce. Even if you eat the wings with no sauce you'll be sucking down water the rest of the night trying to deal with the massive infusion of sodium. I used to LOVE this place but I just cant eat here anymore. It messes me up for a day or two. If youre old enough to remember pre-Internet, be advised. Eating here has become like shotgunning a canister of Mortons salt. You've been warned muchacho!

Food was good but was ruined by management yelling at an employee and me seeing her crying in the bathroom about them not allowing her to go to her prenatal visit. Like, seriously?? What kinda poor/toxic management is that?

Twice now we’ve been in and we literally walked out because no one served us. We waited and waited and waited. No one even acknowledged us.

We were sat in a booth
Given drink menus not food menus. After 10 minutes I got the menu. Five minutes later the took our drink orders. Got our waters quickly. My soon waited 10 minutes for his beer. Took our food order. After 30 minutes no food. One hour no food we had to get home to pickup granddaughter from HS band contest. Put money on table for beer and soda and left.

They had a table with 30 people. No one else was served. They were there when we arrived and had not gotten their food yet when we left.

If only these cheap employees could count and read beyond a first grade level, and if the staff and management actually checked in with them to see who they’re hiring before just throwing them into a restaurant job that requires dealing with numbers and basic reading skills. For the past five years, ever since they were bought out by Arby’s, their service has gone extremely downhill because of who they hire and their poor management. I’ve had orders comped for five years straight because they mess them up so badly. The wings are always cold, and in the past four months alone, they’ve miscounted my wings six times. Five times in the past year or so I have called them and told them can you double and triple check my order and please get it right I don’t want anyone to miscount my wings like they’ve done before I want my plasticware and I want the correct order each time they still messed it up and I was still short wings and no plasticware. My ranch has been miscounted and my order has been completely messed up five times Times and they still couldn’t get basic counting skills and basic reading skills down. They couldn’t even follow simple directions, and even double and triple check the work properly that is very concerning. That is terrifying. The service is awful, the restaurant is run down, and they hire staff who don’t know basic counting or reading skills. They brought my wings out without even telling me they were ready, and they were cold, like they had been sitting there forgotten. They also lie like children. I’ve told so many people to stop going to this location. They hire people who are not capable of working in a restaurant job. It’s concerning that they’re even behind stovetops and sharp kitchen items. I would be terrified for their safety, as they can’t read, count, or perform simple restaurant duties. Very concerning. They miscount my ranch every single time I’ve been there, and they also forget my plasticware every single time. I’ve completely given up on this location. Management and staff act like children. They can not count, they can not read it’s very obvious. It is so concerning. They are “grown” adults who can not carry out basic restaurant skills and duties. Let alone reading screens and counting wings, or orders to carry out to a table. Basic math and basic skills they never learned apparently. But they are just hired on and do a horrible job. So concerning they work in a kitchen with all that equipment. Can they even handle a cutting knife? Can they handle a stovetop or an oven properly? Can the servers know how to do things right? Every single server I have had, I told my people, they should not be a server they should be a door greeter at Walmart. They are that incapable of being a server and customer service. This location has gone so far down hill. Chlildren.
