This place is an absolute joke. It took 20 minutes just to get WATER, another 10 to even place an appetizer order, and after nearly an HOUR we still didn’t have our potato wedges. Meanwhile, a huge family rolls in around 11 p.m. with a kid blasting video game sounds at full volume like it’s an arcade.
When we asked our waitress to handle it, she shrugged and said, “They’re our guests, we can’t.” What the hell am I then? I’ve been sitting here paying for nothing but wasted time. I asked another waitress, who was about to step up, until OUR waitress ran over and shut her down. Absolutely pathetic.
We cancelled everything and walked out. The waitress got zero tip (and deserved less), and we will never be back. They had the audacity to charge us for a sprite and the wedges after waiting an HOUR!
If you want to see how a restaurant is supposed to run, go to the Independence location — they had drinks on our table in 3 minutes and food served before this dump could even manage water.

Came into bdubs today and had an interesting endeavor. My server was the bartender he was a very interactive little fella but man those windpipes did not stop. He would talk to every table for quite a bit of time and I noticed the other staff(the servers) are waiting on the little guy to make not only MY drink but other customers. Food was good, normally is..but can we prioritize maybe not giving a 1 man show to every table for 5+ minutes…all i wanted was a box for my wings and my check. Had to ask Sophia to print my check, thanks sophia. Please get a friendly and FAST bartender ASAP.

I have been coming to this BWWs for many years. I have always been a BWWs fanboy.
But yesterday was officially my last visit to this location. I went in on Tuesday at 3:20pm with my wife and small children. The front door looked like it had not been cleaned in weeks. The floor under our table was sticky. There were flies all around our table. And it literally took 40 minutes to get our order even though the place was relatively dead. It also took 15 minutes just for me to get my beer. Even though we had 5 people in our party, the waitresss only brought a single tray to the table. We asked for more. She brought 3 more. Still not enough. But we didn’t say anything.
My wife later said: “It seemed like the waitress did not like us. She looked angry.”
It was a sad and stressful experience. Especially since I was going there to celebrate my birthday. The food was great, but the service was not.
I won’t be back to this location.

Recently, we have done take out more than three times and all three times whenever we order dry rub wings. It never really has any seasoning on there. Also, whenever you order something large, they give you small batches of things if you have a bundle order will not be giving business to this location anymore, officially know how this location is horrible quality and you don’t get what you paid for

So very disappointed. If I could put zero stars I definitely would. Sophie (our waitress) served us our waters and never came back to give us refills or check on us even after an hour of waiting. We decided to leave eventually after waiting over an hour. The AC was also broken which I assume because it was hotter inside than it was outside. I do not recommend the place and I am very dissatisfied.
there was no AC, the place was very hot. our waitress sophie never came back once she took our order and gave us our drinks. we never got refills on our drinks, never got our food all while our server was going around to other tables multiple times. we sat there for an hour without speaking to our server. would never go back!

It was overly hot, where was the AC at? Me and my family got no refills the whole entire time and we had all drank most of our water. Our waitress Sophie came to take our orders then never came back to check on us. They served people before us even though we got there before them. The wait took over 40 minutes, so we just ended up leaving.

If I could give zero stars I would. I fully understand being short staffed and I am a very patient person however, the ac was not working I assume as it was beyond hot in there. It was 111 outside and the kids were sweating to death. Our server Sophie seated us, took our order, then brought us our drinks and NEVER came back….. we sat there for an hour with no refills…. no do you need anything, sorry we are taking awhile…. NOTHING. All the while checking and serving every table around us. The manager I saw walking around also never took the time to come over to our table either. I will not be returning nor ever recommend the Lees Summit location to anyone.

My food was to be ready for pick up 5:10-5:20p, I did not receive my food until around 5:30p. I ordered a side of fries which were burnt and half empty and the same was for the fries that came with the meal. The chicken is AWFUL, no sauce and tastes flavorless. This is the worse Buffalo Wild Wings experience I’ve had. Poor service and quality of food.
