I am allergic to sesame seeds but enjoy their cheeseburgers. I asked to sub another bun and was told no. I offered to pay an upcharge but again told no. The only YES I got was to the question, you choose to loose a customer over a bun? The lead manager told me yes. This store could not provide me the franchise owner company or person nor did they have it posted for customers.
