Plenty of workers standing around but no direction given to new customers like myself as to if it was okay to pull up to the menu board, which I would have done if the workers would have moved out of the driving lane. They need to work on customer service skills. Once up the lane the workers running the food out was a little better. The system seems to work for them. Little different not pulling up to a window. The food was hot and fresh which was nice for fast food.

I usually love Chick-fil-A, but I noticed that the drive through is structured in a way that blocks literally every handicapped spot when they are moderately busy. So if you need to park there, or are parked there, good luck.

We love the food! We love the service! We love that there are no screens! We love that you have books!
But we live far from town and my four kids and I were terribly disappointed that you replaced the kids playground for more seating!
