We have not been to Chilis grill and bar for a long time. Decided to go there tonight and it was phenomenal. Ordered the double decker burger and it reminded me of cooking out on the grill at home. This burger had everything for outdoor cooking, the flavor, the tenderness, the taste and the leftover juice to remind you that you made the right choice.

We are going back soon and more often.

I went with a group of about 10 for our family birthday celebration. The food was great and the atmosphere was wonderful. I'm not sure if the server was new or just wasn't used to handling a large party. He was forgetful and when it came time to pay our bills, nothing was right. It took 30 minutes and 2 managers just to get tickets correct and payments. Other than that, it was enjoyable

We had a great experience at Chili’s in Lee’s Summit! Jillian, our server, was friendly, attentive, and made sure we were well taken care of throughout our visit. She checked in with us multiple times, even as the dinner rush picked up.

We arrived around 5pm on a Saturday and were seated right away. By 6pm, the restaurant had definitely gotten busier, but Jillian still managed everything with a great attitude. The food was fresh, delicious, and the drinks never ran dry!

We also tried the new “3 for Me” special and loved it — such a great value starting at just $10.99 for a drink, appetizer, and entrée. Highly recommend checking it out!

As someone who only came for the queso dip, it am truly disappointed in the food. The beef queso should not come out watery. A server should not come back to tell me there’s nothing that can be done. That is a mangers job to check in with the table and inform us. Next time, don’t drown the dip with so much water. It should not be served as it was. The street corn came out completely over cooked. And the chicken cold. The only thing that was good was the mashed potatoes. Highly disappointed

I’m not usually a fan of Chili’s. Service is typically not on point. This location exceeded my expectations. Food was good as was the service. Chips and salsa are always a hit. The avocado ranch is a bonus. Reasonably priced and nice sized portions.

GREAT service! Our waitress deserves a huge raise honestly. She cracked jokes with us the entire time and even got us some stuff on the house. I wish I could remember her name!

Sunday 11:15 am walked into the restaurant got seated. Maybe 20 people in the whole place. Couple comes right behind us gets seated just down from us. They got waited on drinks, order taken. After 10 minutes with no service we just left. Won't be back. This place has gone way down hill.

I came here for my birthday dinner. Literally all I was going to have for dinner were the new Nashville Hot Mozzarella sticks and THEY WERE OUT. At 6pm. This is not the first time Ive tried to order these and they have been out of them. The Nashville Hot Mozzarella are advertised EVERYWHERE on social media, it's absurd that they didn't have stock for dinner rush on a week night. Get it together Chili's.

i was so disappointed with my experience to chilis the most recent time i went. i got the triple dipper which i was so excited for , and i got mozzarella stick, southwest egg rolls, and the honey chipotle chicken tenders. i only ate the mozzarella sticks and egg rolls and took the chicken to go in a box. when i got home i realized the chicken was RAW!! so disgusting and disappointing!!
