Lee is FANTASTIC!Give this girl a raise!! In my many years I don’t believe I’ve ever seen someone in the customer service industry as genuinely cheery and pleasant and kind as she is!Not to mention she was honest with us and cheery and kind (but I could tell it was 100% genuine and not faked)We had a huge HUGE party and she was kind to everyone, and handled spills and thrills and crazy all without as much as a look or complaint!Seriously she is top tier kind and has such a beautiful spirit.The food was amazing but our server Lee made all of the difference, I don’t think I would have noticed if it wasn’t!

I had to reorder a to go order because it was incorrect and the second time was incorrect as well. Incompetent how hard is it to put chicken sliders for a children’s meal rather than cheese burgers.

Arrived at 12:10 was taken to a table at 12:38 not be waited on yet had to ask the hosted why. From then on service was getting worse. Food was ok but wrong . Then we had to ask for our ticket also took 30 minutes to get it taken care of at this point was very unhappy. And was not busy but had many employees. Wanted a box for the food but never got one. Very unhappy customers.

Would not recommend this location. Takes very little skill to overcook nachos until they’re dark brown and rock hard. Takes even less brains to actually send them out the kitchen and serve them. Get it together.

I received a military discount of $1.89 on a $110 check. My family has eaten at Chili’s all over the country and this is the first time that we didn’t get 10% off. When did Chili’s change the discount?

Absolutely terrible service. We were there on Sunday 3/17 at around 745. Not busy. We were seated in the bar. We had to wait forever for the bar tender to take our order. He was busy shining the bar top or the bar top. My mother asked for a well done burger. It was pink when he brought it out and so it had to go back. He acted put out that he had to take it back. Everything was fine when the burger came back out. The the guy left for a smoke break I guess. He came back smelling like cigarette smoke. Anyway he was gone for about 20 minutes. Nobody around the bar. I needed a refill, so I had to go ask the door greeter for a refill. Then my mother needed a to go box. Again I had to go ask the door greeter for a to go box. By the way he was playing with his phone all meal. Moral of the story is you as an employee need to focus on your customers. No phones and if you're short staffed chew nicotine gum. I've had to work through my breaks at my job. If you don't focus on your customers you won't have a job. The food is half the product. The service is the rest. Shifty service is what drives customers away. You guys have great food, but with shifty service it leaves a bad taste in my mouth.

Tonight my husband and i went to chilis for dinner. We got seated and waited at least 20 minutes before our waiter came over to take our drink order which was the only order because by that time we were ready to order. When we went to pay we were going over our ticket and it was all kinds of messed up, on the ticket they were charging us full price for my appetizer when it came with my meal and was charging us for 3 fountain drinks when there was only 2 of us and one of the drinks came with my meal as well (three for me meal). When my husband asked our waiter about it he said to the waiter “i have a few questions about our ticket” the waiter processed to respond with “oh i’m sure you do”…. i’m sorry how is that an appropriate way to talk to your customer. The manager then came over and fixed our ticket for us and “took off one soda for goodwill” but really didn’t even take one of our ticket, just fixed their mistake of removing the third soda. The food was great though and the manager saw the issue and fixed it right away! First time i’ve ever had an issue at Chilis :(

Me and my party was ignored by the hostess. When we was finally greeted, we sat over 15 minutes and never was addressed and asked if we wanted a glass of water NOTHING. But we several waiters and waitress cleaning tables and walked by us several times. I normally enjoy the food, but at this point, I didn't care to spend my money here, and I most likely won't be back
