I went with a group of about 10 for our family birthday celebration. The food was great and the atmosphere was wonderful. I'm not sure if the server was new or just wasn't used to handling a large party. He was forgetful and when it came time to pay our bills, nothing was right. It took 30 minutes and 2 managers just to get tickets correct and payments. Other than that, it was enjoyable

We had a great experience at Chili’s in Lee’s Summit! Jillian, our server, was friendly, attentive, and made sure we were well taken care of throughout our visit. She checked in with us multiple times, even as the dinner rush picked up.
We arrived around 5pm on a Saturday and were seated right away. By 6pm, the restaurant had definitely gotten busier, but Jillian still managed everything with a great attitude. The food was fresh, delicious, and the drinks...
