Walked in at 9:30pm (closes at 11pm) and they were out of numerous items, chairs were all leaned up on the table, grill lights were turned off, workers acted shocked when we walked in. Last time I checked you were open until 11pm. I won’t be back

This location seemed a little chaotic behind the counter... but not to the point i worried about my food or order. I watched and could not identify who was in charge. There were plenty of clean tables but the floors needed some attention and the area under the drink station was visible and gross looking. The food was reliable and delicious... I can usually count on Chipotle to satisfy the taste im looking for and leave satisfied.

I work in the area and come to this Chipotle regularly, and honestly the food is the only thing keeping me coming back. Every time I stop by, the scene is the same: floors that look like they haven’t seen a broom in days, five or more employees clustered together chatting, and no sense of urgency. Today was no different. My order was literally sitting on the shelf, but instead of handing it to me, the guy at the counter pointed me to the cashier line, where I had to wait while he went right back to his conversation with the group.

This isn’t a one-off experience—it’s consistent. I’ve never once seen a manager on site, which probably explains why the place feels like it runs itself (and not in a good way). For a busy location in a professional area, it’s frustrating to watch a team put in so little effort when people are trying to grab their food and get back to work.

Chipotle, the food is great, but the service here really needs leadership.

I used to come here for lunch years ago and it was the best Chipotle. I knew the manager and he always took care of me. Fast forward a few years. There were messes all over behind the counter, on the floor and tables were dirty. There was no ice in the soda machine. Every employee was on their phones when I asked to fill the ice machine. Wow this place went downhill. 8/16/25.

Went into this location about two weeks ago after placing an online order for pick up. I went in a few minutes before my pick up was ready. They hadn’t even made the order by the time the app told me my food was ready! The person at the register apologize and said that they were really short staffed nonetheless, I was annoyed but just took it for what it was. I get handed my first order. I just happened to check it because I had a feeling it wasn’t going to be right. I checked the food. They didn’t even put any meat on my keto bowl. I notified the cashier of the discrepancy she apologized. Said it would just be a few minutes to the food back a few minutes later I was handing back my food. I checked it again. They still had no meat on it at by this time I got handed my second order-a quesadilla with sides. I checked the quesadilla and it was missing two side items. I notified the cashier again about the discrepancy with both my orders. She apologized again and kept saying they were shortstaffed. I was clearly frustrated and I said I understand that you’re short staffed but just get my order right. I literally had to hand them back my food two or three times because they were missing items. People in line saw this debacle and half of them walked out after they had been waiting in line and recognizing that this was unacceptable. I was very tempted to just ask for my money back but nowadays you have to contact Customer service for a refund and I didn’t want to go through any more hassle than I already dealt with so I figured writing a review would do more justice.

This has happened several times at this location where the app says the order is ready and I go in and they hadn’t even started the order so it takes a total of 20 to 30 minutes to get the food from when you place the order on the app. This is absolutely unacceptable so far the only location that hasn’t failed me in my area is the drive-through on Ward and third Street, so I’ll be going there going forward.

This was the worst Chipotle I have ever been to, for one simple reason- the employee who made my burrito literally was eating while on the line. He quickly finished eating and practically licked his hand as I entered the store, then proceeded to put gloves on to assemble it. And to be totally clear- no, he did not wash his hands.

I slightly fault myself for not just leaving on the spot, but after taking my order to go, I realized I couldn't bear the thought of eating it, so I just threw it away.

Will not be back.

The chips I received were stale, the portion portion sizes were the smallest I have even seen. I do not understand why they don't use a measuring cup and just keep a standard. I am beyond disappointed, not worth the money.

Two employed ladies were rushing us and rude. There wasn't a line. I asked for fajitas and she told me 4 mins. I proceeded to say I'll wait, she closed my meal and sent it to the check out lady.
Drink station was gross. Mold and trash all over. Tables were dirty and the floor matched the filth. Definitely won't be going back to this location...

We wanted crispy tacos, not uncooked corn tortillas. We wanted eXtra meat on the soggy burrito bowl, we didn't get any at all. This is the worst food I have ever received from this store.

Never in my life will I go to this chipotle again? I ordered online and my fiancé went to pick it up and they told him that they didn’t have our orders and even after we showed them the order confirmation on both of our phones for both of our orders. They still didn’t believe us and made us go all the way into our bank account to show the charge in our account. We clearly showed them the order confirmation to their store today, August 1. I would never recommend this to anyone. I am so angry. My food is ice cold and I will never go back I believe I deserve some type of compensation for my time and money being wasted. not to mention, the music was so loud my fiancé said it was like a club in there and his head was pounding. Learned to turn the music down.
