This girls are working in a really bad actitud she pour a loooof of red salsa. And barley couple of pc of meet.
Place is garbage. Workers would rather chat with each other than help. Took 20 minutes to get a to go order. Just shut down or retrain your employees. Will not be back to this location or use them for catering anymore.
Tried to submit online order at 10:30 but wouldn’t accept as no available time slots so went to store at 10:50. I was told the register was already shut down. You need to adjust your hours advertised being open if you aren’t going to do business until 11.
All tables were filthy and trash was overflowing cans. Lazy. Slow at the time I was there and they were good with the mess everywhere.
$12 for a burrito that was 85% rice with LITERALLY around 10 tiny pieces of chicken strewn throughout. Absolutely abysmal.
We get food, and get home . my daughter stands up holding the bag only for all the food to fall in the street. $48 bucks for nothing. The bowls weren't closed good and the bottom of the bag was actually left on her sweats. No phone pickup to call and explain either..smh...I'm so upset
Unfortunately the day I came they were very short-handed and even had signs saying they were short-staffed
Food was cold, rice was hard as if not completely cooked. The employees were more interested in visiting amongst themselves than focused on the customer. The area where all the food was was filthy unclean. I will never return to that story again. It's very frustrating to waste your money on not only horrible food but even worse service.
Had a bug crawl out of my food. When I brought my plate to the cashier and showed her she informed the manager who waved her hand and said it was from the lettuce then walked away. I was offered for my meal to be remade or refunded. Took the refund, however if there are bugs in your lettuce it's not being washed properly. Manager seemed to brush off the incident and didnt even offer an apology. Bad service.
Absolute worst experience at any chipotle ever. Not a single employee to be found out front. Had to yell, “Hello” to get them to come help us. The guy who built our bowls, had a terrible attitude, and rolled his eyes multiple times during our interaction. Scoffed every time I asked for things on my bowl and apparently has an issue with double meat. Thank god this isn’t my regular chipotle, because I will never be back. Honestly, should shut down and rehire people with an actual work ethic.

This is by far one of the laziest and worst stores I have ever visited.
Me and my wife visited May 10th around noon, the store was pretty empty for the most part. We figured it would be pretty quick service, but no the employees would rather have side conversations and play in there phones than take the order.
The seating here is very limited even with an empty store, every table is filthy not picked up nor wiped.
It sucks seeing the workers stand around doing nothing while there store sits filthy.
The store was in disarray. The employees were untrained. The overall atmosphere of the store was unclean and unkept.
Line and dining room were a disaster, and every single trash can was literally overflowing. Instead of cleaning, staff stood around talking and even wrestling. This is the second time I’ve been in here when it was like this, and I’m really disappointed. It used to be clean and well managed, but it is not any more.
Can we talk about Chiptole on Chipman Rd. It has completely gone to crap. The manager needs fired. Never have any hard tacos, quesadilla maker working, all the tables dirty, trash overflowing, bathroom disgusting no paper towels. So disappointing!!
Used to be fast in and out even with a line. But in last 6 months or so it can take 30 min to order a bowl with like 3-5 people in line. Last time I requested cheese and lettuce multiple times but the individual behind the counter was so zoned out he started putting the lid on. As he was putting the lid on he recognized my request and said he “forgot it and would give me some sides of each”. Considering they were busy at all I don’t know why he couldn’t have just stopped pinching the lid down and just added the ingredients. To me he just seemed lazy and from now on I’ll drive to the next closest location and even with the drive I’ll be in and out in less time.
