This is the oldest and most rundown Dairy Queen I have ever stepped foot in. Whoever the franchisee is should be pressured by corporate to update the location. It’s apparent they have not invested anything into this building for 30+ years.
The entrance doors are not square and they slam creating a hazard. The bathrooms are nasty, the seating and tables are too old to be properly cleaned, the walls have stains, and the freezers are falling apart.

This is not the place for a mobile order. They don't know how to do it. Waited for forever for my name to be called. Watched my food get made and sit on the counter. Told to go to front window, then told by front window to go to pick up. Then told to go back to front window. Wasted over 25 minutes waiting for food I could Have got in drive thru in 5. By the time my blizzard got to me it was a rushed piece of crap.

So friendly and accommodating. I asked for a glass of water for my dog, the kind lady brought me,not a glass, but a plastic dish of water so as to make it easy for my dog to drink.my dog loved it. The milkshake she made for me was fab! A whole banana and lots of strawberries. I skipped dinner that evening. Yum... so satisfying!

This place usually does pretty good but this last time it seemed like I was handed a shake that was purposely overfilled with the intent to make my car a sticky mess. I couldn't even get out of the drive thru so I had to throw it out the window to avoid wearing it. I might have been able to go get another one but didn't feel like risking getting yelled at for throwing a shake in the parking lot

They did a great job on my daughter's birthday cake. It was soo delicious too! ❤️ Can't beat DQ ice cream cake!

I mean, it was ok. The slush was great. My dog loved the pup cup. I love that they do that! The cashier was smart alecky and seemed to hand the food off in a super weird way (requiring the recipient to practically use two hands in a really awkward way). But overall, fine experience.
