Filling Station BBQ is hands down the best BBQ around, and I mean that. The meat is always cooked perfectly and packed with flavor. The sauce is unreal and honestly might be my favorite part. It just hits every time.
The sides are just as good as the meat, which says a lot because most places treat sides like an afterthought. Not here. Everything on the plate is solid.

This place is a hometown staple in Lees Summit. It’s been around forever because of the awesome food. I remember eating BBQ out front in the summer and inside in the winter. Small joint, big flavor. Excellent food.
