Kaylee working the drive-thru made an incredible experience!! She was joyful, upbeat, and helpful when selecting the menu items. She demonstrated thorough knowledge of the menu and was patient with our questions. I have never seen that level of service in a fast food environment before. Whatever she’s making it’s not enough!!

$6 for a 8oz cup that wasn't even full. They don't even know how to make there own menu items. I ordered a royal new York cheesecake blizzard. I got no cheesecake pieces and no strawberry sauce. I'm going to custards last stand from now on.
Went to the DQ on Douglas because it’s near my work, to use my buy one get one free blizzard, only to be informed that they “don’t do that here,” (even though I’ve used the same type of coupon at that location before). Of course, I only found that out after waiting in the drive through for 15 minutes, for only 4 cars in front of me. On top of that each blizzard was $6 for mediums???, and they were very melty when they gave them to me, and were completely liquid by the time I got back to work (literally not even two minutes down the road). Will not be returning at any point in the future.

I ordered a chocolate chip cookie dough blizzard without hot fudge and one more with it. When I got home it looked like they didn't add any cookie dough to it. I scooped my spoon around and only saw ice cream. So I pulled out a bowl dumped my blizzard into it and counted out the individual pieces. My small blizzard only had 9 total cookie dough pieces in it! Which is an absolute disappointment because I've had this blizzard before where I've had cookie dough in every bite. My wife had hers and told me the same thing that it was like they barely put any cookie dough in hers. Be weary, you might not get what you pay for at this location.
