Waited forever for everything. From the minute we walked through the door. No one seated us for over 10 minutes. They didn’t even acknowledge we were waiting. Didn’t get asked what we wanted to drink for another 10 minutes. Worst experience.

Last Saturday we went for dinner seven people first, we had to wait 55 minutes from the time taken the order to bringing to the table. They miss match my plate however, the food was terrible, the nachos old , the plantains were hard. The service overall not good. I will never go there again.

Was seated and then told we have to move to accommodate another party
We went to celebrate getting a new amazing job and more importantly my scans coming back cancer free. We were incredibly disappointed. The restaurant had a thick layer of dust on all surfaces not routinely touched (light fixtures, shelves, the window blinds, etc). Several blinds at our table were broken allowing the blazing sun to blind us despite closing them. The food was NOT good. Not even a tiny bit. To start the chips were stale. My chicken burrito looked and tasted like they just poured watered down tomato sauce over it as opposed to any actual Mexican style sauce, the chicken was dry, two bites in and I couldn’t eat any more of it. Our son’s cheese burger looked like it sat under a heat lamp all day and when removing the bun it was clearly two totally different colors confirming this, the cheese interestingly enough wasn’t melted. Our son wouldn’t touch it so my husband tried it and said it was disgusting. The French fries were the only edible thing out of the entire meal served at our table. My husband’s food looked great but oddly had no real taste. The shrimp just tasted like plain shrimp with no seasoning despite clearly appearing to be seasoned. After about 6 bites total between the 3 of us we left all the food on the table. There was zero interest in determining why we were leaving without eating the food and when we told them anyway that the food was all really bad the person literally just said ok and walked away. We are not picky eaters in the least so we are mystified by all the positive reviews. Absolutely not worth a second attempt. Complete waste of $30. At least I’m still cancer free so there’s that.
