Our baby's daycare introduced me to LaMar's. It was absolutely delicious! The man behind the counter was welcoming, helpful & boy is he quick. Actually thankful that they don't have a drive thru. I've missed the smell of an actual donut shop. One things for certain, LaMar's donuts aren't like the other donut shops. These donuts have another taste, smell and (some) weight to them! And, hell, they're massive too!!

I grew up eating Lamar donuts at the original spot on lindwood in Kansas City Mo. I remember walking in and noticing this guy who was so nice selling the donuts. After you gone in so many times he knew your favs and wouldn't even ask you what you wanted. Then you open your bag and your favs are in the bag plus half dozen of glaze donut holes.
