Today I had a bad experience around lunch time at the restaurant, I got in the restaurant it was my first time visiting, I had a gift card off $25 and I asked to the waitress to check my balance before I ordered the meal, she got my card and never returned until I chose the meal that would cost me 15$ about, then she came back and said I only got $14.33 on my gift card, I asked her can I have a balance paper of my card because since it was my first visit it was impossible to have...read full review
They tried to deny my friend a table because they do not allow animals. When she said he is a service animal the hostess said they do not allow those either. She politely educated them that it is against the law for them to deny her access because of her service animal and could call the police and they would be fined. They then went ahead and sat her. She rely's on the dog to be her eye's since she can not see, so it was obvious this was an actual service animal. I am so disappointed...read full review
