The worst experience I’ve ever had at goodcents on Melody lane The 8 in.² penny club with standard dressing. They did not give us the standard dressing on it called them . She said come back. I’ll replace the sandwiches. Husband went back and she refused to replace it. asked for the regional managers number was told no couldn’t give it out all we had was bread, cheese, and a few slices of meat and a couple pickles, used to be one of my favorite places to go to, but we’ll never go back. There’s a language barrier. They could not understand us any more than we could understand them.Goodcents has gone downhill. It was dirty in the store. Very rude manager.

We got two subs to go. They both were horrible. All we could taste was mayo and onion. I just tasted a piece of meat it had 0 flavor. Never go back

Came in and got a delicious penny club, say down and had a nice quite lunch. Food was great, staff was friendly, and above all else, the place was super clean. I could've probably eaten off the floor and not had a worry. Overall a great experience, and will be going again and again.

Food was good as to be expected at a Goodcents. The place was extremely clean and well maintained. One of the very cleanest bathrooms I’ve ever seen in a public place. Staff was very nice too. I’d probably eat off the floor here it’s so clean ? definitely recommend this location if you’re nearby

Really unimpressed with changes to the restaurant. Not sure if there are new owners, but it sounds that way. Sandwich was made incorrectly and the new setup doesn’t allow you to see your sandwich being made.

They have the best sandwiches hands down. They have more meat and fixings than any other sub shop. The penny club is our favorite.
This place used to be my favorite sandwich shop been coming here since they opened many years ago it has definitely changed the last 3 times I've been there I've ordered double meat and did not get it this time they were even weighing it in my face after I brought the sandwich back then they said it was a oz short so they added a slice of turkey to each when I got back home I open the sandwich and each sandwich had 1 slice each of ham and roast beef how is this double meat? Last time I came in there and asked for a couple slices of pepperoni and got charged $8 for an entire pepperoni sandwich when I wanted just a couple slices of pepperoni added to my sandwich sadly the new this store is now counting Penny's with the new ownership I understand this but seriously it is going to hurt the business 1 slice of thin meat is not a double order of meat you can go to any other goodcents location & a normal size sandwich will be the same size if not larger as this stores double meat sandwich that you have to pay extra for paying $20 for one sandwich with double meat when it is 90% bread just isn't right. Sadly I will not be coming back to this Goodcents location .

I keep going back thinking it was a fluke but last 3 times I’ve been here my food sucks! This time I asked for standard dressing and got home and had pickles and mayo. I won’t be back which is unfortunate because Mr Goodcents used to rock.

The food was fresh. The hogie bun has grown smaller and the prices higher..U can't see the condiments they are putting on your sandwich. I had to remind the person fixing my Sandwich I hadn't been their for a while he had to remind me how they did things..
