“Me and my wife just moved to Belton, we had heard about Missouri Mud from a coworker and he recommended it. I decided to stop in this weekend and what a surprise, a true hidden gem. I tried their most popular dishes- Ruben and gyros. The Ruben was amazing! I had actually never had a gyro before and I must say I'll be having it again. The potato salad was also outstanding. My wife said possibly the best she has ever had. We tried a couple of their deserts, and both were absolutely delicious. The interior was nice and welcoming. The staff was extra friendly, the kind you don't see anymore. It's a family owned place and they defiantly know what they are doing. We will be back very soon to try more of the menu. 10/10“

“I came by to eat right after Friday prayer. A busy time. I ordered a shawarma sandwich. Food arrived quickly.The sandwich was overloaded with meat, along with a healthy amount of fixings. I thought it could be a little spicier, fortunately there was some chili sauce on the table.Straightforward and hospitable service.“

“Sal's original pizza is in the Independence Center mall and for a pizza place in a mall this place is great! I've had the pizza, salads and Stromboli everything was great! The pizza is a New York style pizza. Today I tried the Sicilian slice, excellent! Previously I've had their Greek salad, also excellent. The staff are respectful and the store front is clean. I recommend Sal's Pizza, it is located in the food court on the bottom level.“

“This is a wonderful place to support local. The food is fresh and delicious. The proprietor is very friendly. He is informative about the food and its mediterranean origins. I recommend the yellow rice it is Slightly aromatic but not overpowering. The tzatziki sauce is delicious and fresh. The salad is super amazing. The steak is tender. I got a mixed plate and the meats were flavorful. It also comes with a delicious hummus, which I highly recommend. It is creamy and excellent. They make the food fresh as you wait and it is worth it.
