We loved the BBQ dinner at Jack Stacks Lees Summit. One of the people in our party had a birthday and they served her a delicious carrot cake that we all shared. The food was delicious! The server was excellent! We were seated in the middle of the restaurant and it was a little noisy. I would have preferred something on the side. Otherwise it was a great experience!!

My wife and I dine at this Jack Stack 2 - 3 times a month on average. For this visit, the food was very good, as it usually is, but where we were seated was ridiculously cold and the service was terrible. We were seated in a booth next to the windows on the west side of the building. The AC did not shut off until the end of our meal, and then it only stayed off for a short period of time. Order to go was for Chiefs game. They were very busy. We pulled into a "pick up" parking space & were met immediately by Jack Stack employee to confirm our order. 3 minutes later we had our order. Order was complete. Food was excellent.
