Jimmy John's in Lees Summit

“This Jimmy John's is tolerable.I initially was going to leave a two star review with an explanation (I have ordered 4 times from this store, and the first three took 30-50 minutes each -- not exactly speedy).However, after waiting approximately an hour on my 4th order from this store, I checked my receipt and realized I had made an error and scheduled a future delivery.I called the store, and the manager was able to fix my mistake and even discounted the food (again, even though it was my mistake). So he was really awesome, and that is why I am leaving a 4 star review today.If a 3.5 was possible, that would be most accurate. This store has never been speedy, but the food is exactly what you expect.“

“i love this jimmy johns! i order here very often for pickup and they are always so friendly, accurate, and in my opinion make the best sandwiches comparatively to the jimmy johns we have in the area. i’d rather drive to this location specifically then go to any other jimmy john’s i’m nearby! i ❤️ this place.“

“I was not having the best night and walked into the store and was greeted by the sweetest worker Odie. He completely turned my night around and made me the best sandwich. I hope management appreciates this employee because you don't see workers who can run an entire store, with a smile on their face. I really hope you guys give him a raise, because it's well deserved!
