Jimmy John's in Lees Summit

“Food is great and fast as promised. Only complaint is how awkward the emplorees made it. Went in to get a pickup order and upon entering, none of the employees said anything. Like I'm the only customer in the store and there are 3 or 4 young male employees who all glance at me and say nothing. No Hi, be with you in a moment, nada. It was weird. Probably will stay going to the location on 350 because they're always friendly and welcoming. Not sure what was up with these guys but at least my food was correct.“

“I tried the new toasted roast beef and cheese sandwich. Way too much garlic mayo, but that's a personal thing. The cheddar cheese left a puddle of fat in the wrapping. It tasted great, and the warm, toasted bread was great. Service was quick, but I was the only person in the store. The store is tucked away in a strip mall just south of Woods Chapel Road, and difficult to find.“

“I was not having the best night and walked into the store and was greeted by the sweetest worker Odie. He completely turned my night around and made me the best sandwich. I hope management appreciates this employee because you don't see workers who can run an entire store, with a smile on their face. I really hope you guys give him a raise, because it's well deserved! Thanks Odie, you deserved to be recognized 😃“
