We placed an order at 8:30 am. Wanted order delivered between 11:30 and noon! We called when order was not here! They told us it would 30 min. Short staffed! Called back at 1pm and they said they are trying to get it done! Aka they had not started the order! Manager lied 3 times about order! Finally called back at 2 pm and he said the deliver guy was on his way! In the same breath he said wait…. We canceled your order, we ran out of bread!! This was a 65$$$ order!!!! Do not order online. Will take at least 45 to and hour and a half for delivery, so your sandwich will be warm and soggy by then.
We love Jimmy John’s but this location has never been up to standard.
We just placed a mobile order for pick up. We go in and no one greets us or even asks us what we’re there for. All the workers just moving slow and without a care in the world. Takes forever to get food, not friendly and then we get home to find that the sandwiches where all messed up (no tomatoes or lettuce), no one numbered the sandwiches and didn’t cut in half like we asked for.
