My family and I dined in last night. We ordered appetizers with our meal and waited quite a while for them to bring our food. When they finally brought out food out, they all came together at the same time. When we told them we ordered some biscuits and shrimp as appetizers, the guy who brought it just ignored what we said and proceeded to put the food down on our table then walked off. Our server checked on us a couple minutes later. We told him our biscuits were missing and he acknowledged he forgot to put in the order for the biscuits and left. Not a minute later he came back to our table with a plate of 4 biscuits. One of them was ripped from the top and the crumbs were sitting next to it...like someone had touched it but didn’t eat it. Coincidentally, about 10 minutes before this happened, I witnessed another waiter walking back to the kitchen with one hand full of dirty plates in and the other holding a plate of biscuits that looked like they came from another customer’s table who didn’t eat them. He gave me a funny look after he saw me watching him and I thought it was weird that he was holding the dishes separately as if he was saving it. I realized that plate of biscuits is now at our table. I would have given this place the benefit of the doubt but our waiter did come back to our table with biscuits that looked like they had been touched. I was so disappointed. We loved this place but the experience last night totally turned us off.
