We ordered from KFC and even though we had the receipt they said they didn't receive the order. We showed the order and the receipt to the person in charge and he said it was too bad they didn't have the order. He said they had cameras watching them and even though we had they receipt he couldn't honor the order. Fortunately KFC Customer Service is going to refund the order, but this is not how customer should be treated. They need to teach management how to treat their customer.
Updated and nice atmosphere with great service. Always love the regular fried chicken and biscuits!
Disappointing food + a rude and immature manager = don't waste your time or hard earned money!
