I knocked off 2 stars because it took a little over 20 minutes to get my order in the drive thru with only 2 cars in front of me. But they nailed the order, everything was fresh and tasty. As long as the food stays that way... I'll keep coming around!
Food was good, main reason I’m here writing this review is because the young man working the drive thru (Donte J.) was extremely kind and professional . Our food did take a bit to be ready but they were busy. After receiving my food and driving off I noticed my order was missing an item. I called and Donte answered. He personally took the time to bring out the food that was missing out to my car since the lobby is currently close due to Covid-19. I hope this young man gets recognized...
I'll give this place the benefit of the doubt. Food quality is a 4 out of 5 food was fresh hot and delicious although the wait can be unbearable I would rather wait for decent food then go to the one in Grandview ever again. The inside is closed so drive thru is your only option unfortunately.
