Ok, before we start with the food, let me begin with the service, our friend Arron (AC) is the one of the best in the business, now please start with an appetizer/side dish such as my wife’s favorite brussels sprouts flavored with a chipotle butter, or super wings, Mac & cheese with bits of real bacon, where do I go from here? I’m a bit old fashioned but the chopped steak is awesome, omg the ribeye, shrimp and the list is nearly endless. This is one of our favorite places to dine.

Music was a little loud but other than that it wasn't a bad atmosphere.
Service was great, although I have NEVER been charged for having something removed from a menu item...that was upsetting. I can see having an up-change when asking for something to be added but to have something removed!?!
Food was delicious, everything cooked perfectly.
One of the best Longhorn locations I have been to aside from the extra fee I was charged.

Came in hungry for a good steak about 9:00pm on a Tuesday. Place was fairly quiet this visit. Seated and ordered quickly. Food was out within 10 minutes. Steak was the best I have had at a restaurant and meal was $44. Ordered the 9oz filet, med. rare, asparagus, and corn on the cob. Very pleasant staff and great tasting and looking food. I left happy and full.

We have been going to Longhorns since they opened. The service, atmosphere and food have always been consistant until last night. The service and atmosphere was still very good but the quality of the steaks was not. We had a KC Strip and the T-bone. They were both cooked perfectly but there was so much gristle it was hard to chew which meant most of the steaks were waisted, a very expensive waste. They tasted like they were an inexpensive piece of meat from a grocery store. They were also thinner than usual. We will try again since this truely was the first time that this has happened so hopefully it will be corrected.
