Came with a large group. Was sat in the middle of the aisle to the bathroom. There was a large 8 top table open but they though it funny or something because I had to sit there and have every person going to bathroom brush up against me. Poor service from out waiter on top of it. We come here all the time pretty sad.

I am beyond disappointed in the food. Two of us ordered a med well steak, mine came out medium, and the other came out rare. The additional came back rare. One of my sister had long blonde/brown hair on her plate and advised the server before sitting the plate in front of her. Her response was she'll see if they want to re-cook her food. This has not been the best experience & sad to say the least. We were here to celebrate my nieces birthday & it wasn't so joyous.

One of the only places I will eat a steak that I didn't cook. Out of all the years eating here they have never over cooked a steak. I cant say that for the other steak houses in the area. Services is always perfect. Always one of my first choices when deciding where to eat.

I met a friend to celebrate my birthday. Got there at 1110 am on a Tues. Was there to celebrate my birthday. Not much of a celebration. Was seated quickly by the hostess complaining that workers don't show up on time. Sorry. She brought us drinks, we were talking so we weren't in a hurry to order. A waitress comes over and took our order. Everything was fine. We never got refills on drinks. Waitress never asked if our food was OK, it was brought out by someone else. We only saw waitress again to ask if we were in 1 ticket. Brought our checks and that was it.

Ordered the ribeye medium rare. Th steak the came out was less than 1/2” thing and well done. I sent it back and got another very thin steak cooked medium. Paying that much for a ribeye I expect a 1” steak. Not something that looks like it came from Waffle House.

We sat at the bar and the food was just ok, service was very good especially for being short staffed
