I recommend Flo's Filet, it just melted in my mouth and was cooked to perfection! Great place to celebrate Birthdays!

We brought an international guest here for a nice dinner. Our dinner salads came to the table first. Our appetizer came well after that ANDthe waitress dumped the appetizer chips in our guests lap. Incredibly awkward and humiliated. She didn't seem to know what to do, left us there with no replacement and no other assistance. The entrees came shortly thereafter. All food together, no pacing.We were all ready to just exit, such a huge disappointment.

Came in for lunch around 215pm. Not a lot of people in dining at our arrival time. Had a last minute calendar change upon being seated and was going to order food to go. Our waitress said, "well you can order food at the hostess stand." Then after looking at the reaction on my face, she quickly followed up with, "or I can take your order here."We just decided to leave. If we as customers are going to put you out then why bother supporting a business.If you want service where you are treated like they are happy to have your business and not looked at as an inconvenience travel the distance to the location in Independence off of 39th street. Never have a had any problems there.
