Sandwich was horribly small. First time my husband ate here. He was quite excited after seeing pictures on website. He said it was a huge let down & didn't even finish his sandwich.

This Lees Summit location is very clean and has an attractive courtyard not found in others in their chain. The staff is always friendly and quick. The food is good, particularly salad entrees and most sandwiches. They did put a spin on a classic sandwich, the BLT, that had avocado spread which pretty much ruined it. I suggest asking what comes on the item so you won't be disappointed. Otherwise, this is a 5 star fast food spot.

Soup and salad combo was fairly good but not stellar. My main concern is that the ancient and tiny credit card payment device forced you to tip without even seeing the amount. The employee said it will ask you a question (none appeared in the tiny box). When I said “I don’t see anything” she said use the arrows to pick an amount. It is usually 20, 25 percent etc.”.
