Sad to say the visit tonight was sub par. The 'manager' a teenager girl was pretty rude when taking our order and once again out of proteins. Several people were waiting as she kept saying to everyone it will be 5 minutes to get things cooked. 15 was more like it. The dining room was dirty as well as the bathrooms. No sense of urgency here and no apologies. Now I remember why we haven't been here in over 3 months...

The other day I ordered my usual orange chicken and rice bowl and watched a bug fall off of the ceiling tile and land on the stainless steel metal near all the food. I still ordered my orange chicken and rice but it was disgusting to watch lol they also do not participate in the app rewards like the location in

If the employees would worry about serving the customer and making sure they got thier COMPLETE order rather then making sure that "their cup/drink" that they are drinking was filled to the top....then your service may improve. The young man running the register has no interest and doing a service job and probably should be doing so.
