The other day I ordered my usual orange chicken and rice bowl and watched a bug fall off of the ceiling tile and land on the stainless steel metal near all the food. I still ordered my orange chicken and rice but it was disgusting to watch lol they also do not participate in the app rewards like the location in

If the employees would worry about serving the customer and making sure they got thier COMPLETE order rather then making sure that "their cup/drink" that they are drinking was filled to the top....then your service may improve. The young man running the register has no interest and doing a service job and probably should be doing so.

Was in to pick up and order and was told by staff that it wasn't there and that I would have to call back to have them remake it , once called I was told they weren't gona do it. Total waste of time and staff needs to do what they said they would do , terrible experience hope to hear back from corporate soon !!

Food was good, staff was friendly. This was my first time at any Panda Express. I was surprised they do not have cashew chicken. That seems to be a staple at most Chinese restaurants. What they did have was good. They also have cream cheese Rangoon instead of Crab Rangoon.

It's a shame your employees can't read an order properly. Not only did they fail to give us 1 entire plate that we ordered (and I was asked if I was sure I didnt get it - really?), but when we drove back to get it, they gave us the wrong food. So driving back yet again to hopefully get it right. I could understand if they were busy tonight, but I don't consider 2 customers in line busy. How about a little quality check from now on.

Got an email for a special, showed it to employee. They did several things on my phone. When they scanned it at the register, it wouldn't take it. They insisted I pay full price. After more than 20 mins & holding up a big line, I got to pay the correct amount.

This is one of the better pandas in the area. Came a little late from a long road trip and they happily served us and made a fresh batch of food. And they didn’t complain. We need more establishments willing to serve people. Thank you panda

The food is always fresh, the customer service is top notch, and if there is any errors with the order, they will fix it immediately and without any trouble. I like coming here for a quick sit down lunch during my breaks from work. It's also located in a very central and busy part of Lee's Summit.

I placed a mobile order and when I came to pick them up early it was ready so that was one good thing! I ordered the biggest platter and they forgot my third entree. I didn’t realize until I was 15 minutes out of the city already. My food also didn’t have much portions. The employees were too busy chitchatting ?
