Arrived with a party of five. Placed one order with every item accounted for before checking out and paying the bill. We ate in. Took about 25 minutes before our food was ready. Once we got at the soup was actually cold as though it had come out of a can and was just opened up important to the bowl. Also the sandwiches did not have the proper bread that we had requested others had items added on the sandwiches that were asked for and some had items that they did ask for that they did not receive. Seem to be an issue for one of the young men working behind the counter to correct any problems or mistakes that were made. Another young lady sorry I didn't get her name Young African-American with braids who took the order in the beginning also came back to make sure our order was properly prepared. Any questions comments or concerns that we had she addressed immediately and corrected the problem.

The quality of their food has gone way down in the last 2 years. They've taken away so many good items, I only go a couple of times a year. I just tried a sandwich yesterday and the bread was so hard, I had to microwave it to get it to soften up. I'm being generous with a 2 rating for their food.

Had food delivered & found a bright blue long hair in my Cesar salad wrapped around a piece of chicken. It was very noticeable so the fact it wasn’t caught is disgusting
