Was in not to long ago and I saw one of the bartenders tell one of her friends or something walk up to this guy minding his own business and she was trying to get him to fight this dude. She was extremely rude and intentionally trying to instigate a fight in her own bar. Never seen anything like it. This woman should not be serving anybody. Be careful going in, I guess the staff gets bored and tried to get people to fight customers doing nothing wrong, 1 star, terrible service and environment

We love coming to Shakin’. It is definitely a hidden gem. Sadly, tonight was a let down. We got here and there were several seats at the bar that we were told were supposedly “taken”. A large group came in and were told to take the seats. They were served quickly. We waited 15-20 minutes to even be acknowledged by the bar staff. Would have been nice to at least been welcomed and told be with you shortly. When the bartender finally made eye contact and came over, his excuse was “sorry, there’s only two of us!” We’ve been here when the place was packed and never experienced this service. We literally almost walked out. Miss the “old” bartenders who were attentive and quick to take care of customers.

Can't say enough nice things about this place! I've been in here a few times to have a few Martinis, they're outstanding!!! The Bean is the sh;t!!! On a side note, their staff is very honest and I respect them very much. I had lost a ring that my dead mother had given me up there at their bar one night and couldn't find it anywhere for almost a week so I finally decided to call up there and spoke with TK to see if maybe they found it, and to my surprise, they had been holding it there for the entire week. Nobody stole it or anything so that's freaking awesome of their staff to be so stand up of people!! Again, Thank you for finding my ring and for the amazing drinks! I owe you one!

I stopped in here before going to see the Barbie movie. The bartender was absolutely amazing. Not only did she give great suggestions but the drinks she made were phenomenal. I will definitely be back. Thank you for a great time!
