Very slow. Burned tots and over carbonated Dr Pepper.
110% recommend this location. I work on Douglas and today was my third and last poor experience with Douglas location. After waiting almost 20 minutes (thank goodness the card reader wasn’t working this time so I didn’t have to worry about a refund), I drove to third street and got the same order in less than five minutes. Both locations were equally as busy. Not sure what the problem is at Douglas, but they could learn a lot from 3rd st.
I work at a local hospital. One of the nurses decided to treat the staff to mini flurries as a small token of gratitude during this pandemic. When the order was phoned in, whoever answered, heard it was for the hospital. Without hesitation they insisted on doubling the order, free of charge. THANK YOU! For bringing so many smiles to healthcare professionals during this stressful time. The management team should be beaming with pride of the generous act.
