This place is a joke. We just had a family birthday party there. We had reservations but still had to wait for 45 minutes. The manager just tracked my family member down, who made the reservation, to say that the table’s card reader didn’t process two of the credit cards correctly. This family member called us. My husband called the restaurant. The manager demanded my husband come back to the restaurant to pay again, because she couldn’t take our card over the phone. Of all the tacky things, this takes the cake. It’s not our fault the card reader was faulty. My husband, who is a kind soul, is heading back to the restaurant at 9:00pm, to run our card again. We’ll never eat there again.

If you’re dining at Texas Roadhouse, do yourself a favor and ask for Kayla! From the moment she greeted our table, she brought an energy that made the entire experience feel warm, personal, and effortless. She was attentive without hovering, friendly without being over-the-top, and incredibly knowledgeable about the menu.
Her professionalism, positivity, and attention to detail turned a simple dinner into an amazing experience. Texas Roadhouse is lucky to have her, and we’ll be requesting Kayla every time we come back! Highly recommend her to anyone who wants pleasant, friendly, attentive service.

Amazing food! Always tasty every time me and my partner go! It was a busy Sunday night, but joining the waitlist online got us to a table quickly! Super friendly staff! It was pretty loud (which is normal for Texas Roadhouse). We needed to ask for refills and more bread from a food runner, but other then that it was a good time!

I have so much praise for this dinner and for our waitress, Janae! She was always smiling and polite. We had family come in from Australia and up from Florida and we stayed 3hrs at our table visiting and our Janae, our waitress, was still checking on us and did a wonderful job all through our meal and after. The manager didn't come and kick us out. lol We were so appreciative for them letting us sit so long visiting. The food was also good! I placed a to go order to be picked up at 5:30PM. I received the text message that you are to respond with here when you arrive. I sent the first of 3 text messages confirming my arrival at 5:14PM. I was told to wait in my car and I would be texted when my food was ready. At 5:39PM nearly 10 minutes late i got up and went inside only to find out my order was ready and cold. I was conveniently sent the text message that it was ready when I asked for my food. I will not be back!
