My husband and I visited The Goat Brewing Co thanks to the 2025 KC Pub Pass, and it was such a fun stop. He ordered The Society Hefeweizen and loved its smooth, classic flavor, while I went for the Saints Delight — a lavender and hibiscus Berliner Weisse that was crisp, floral, and refreshingly tart without being too sour. We came in tonight for supper and try some different beers. No complaints at all. The atmosphere is friendly. The owner walked us through the different beers on the menu. We tasted a flight. Some we liked and some not. To each their own. The food was really good! We both agree that we would definitely come back.
It was okay. Honestly it was very hit or miss. Whirligig Wheat was okay, Per le Tartaruga was quite nice. Surprised by how much I enjoyed the Cartel with salsa. Yes, a gose (sour) beer made with salsa. They really pulled that one off. But Racket - Ambrosia was too sweet and cloying like a kid's perfume, and both the Goomah and Borgata Family 2 had a bad acrid/chemically taste that made them impossible to enjoy.
