Came here on Taco Tuesday this week & had a horrible experience from when we walked in. Super disappointing, because we love to support local businesses & tried to give them every opportunity to correct things left and right, and things just kept going down hill.FOOD: the food was not good. The Philly tacos tasted like a bland fajita taco. Chicken and beef tacos had no flavor. Best thing we had was queso which was actually good!SERVICE: table of 4, we all ordered tacos. 3/4 received our food in a decent amount of time. The 4th person didn’t receive their food till we all finished eating… by that time, we got our check and left. It was clear they forgot his enter his food order. Hard to do when we all ordered the same tacos and all on one check. She also forgot the guacamole we ordered & a beer, yet both were on our bill. The restaurant wasn’t even full, so not many visible excuses we could find on why the service was so bad. We watched another table get up and get the water pitcher to refill her tables waters because the server wasn’t getting to it. Half our table had no water either, even after asking… also had to ask for more chips 2x before we got any & our queso was cold by then.EXPERIENCE: it was 85+ degrees outside with no AC and humid as heck in there. There was no fan or airflow going around us. We asked to have the fan turned on, only to be ignored. After other tables started complaining, they told us the fan above all of us didn’t get turned on “because the owner doesn’t want it to be”. They did open the garage door finally, which created necessarily air flow. The bartender who opened the garage door was rude to us about the fan and had an attitude because we asked.OVERALL: super disappointed and won’t be back. Could’ve went many other places but chose here only to have the entire experience be rough. The point to going out to eat is to relax & enjoy the company of who you’re eating with. When the entire experience is spent begging for service, we should’ve went somewhere else. Not to mention, 1/4 left eating only queso and chips. Really don’t like giving bad reviews, but this place needs to take a hard look at how they’re running their business & I hope they do to survive.

"Our group of 5 absolutely loved dining at this funky taco restaurant for an early Cinco de Mayo! The outdoor seating is fantastic, offering a lively ambiance, especially when there is live music. The menu offerings included Hippy (vegan) tacos that were delicious, bursting with flavor and freshness and the salsa balanced with a mild heat. Chips were thicker and slightly stale, though this is a minor demerit. They have an abundant selection of Margaritas and the Blackberry Smash and Flirty Flamingo did not disappoint. The service by Riley was friendly and efficient. Definitely recommend for a great dining experience!"

We went there for a family birthday dinner this past Monday. We did not know it was closed on Mondays until we got there. We had no problems, we just changed our plans on where to go. We really enjoy going to Tipsy Taco because it's so friendly. The service is fast. We've had three birthday family dinners here. That's why we keep coming back. It's a fun place.Parking: There are two parking areas for this place. The big, main one is located on the SIDE parking lot of the restaurant. There is a front parking area.

The food isn’t all that great for the price. It always takes forever to get acknowledged and get a table when you arrive, even when they’re not busy. Last time we went it took forever to place drink order, get drinks, then order food because our waitress appeared to be making the drinks for literally every other table and the bar. Seems like her coworkers should have covered her tables if they were going to make her do all their drinks. The burrito bowl was basically a pile of wet chicken, very weird.

The $9 "homemade in house" guac is clearly out of a container. I'm very allergic to shrimp so it was a surprise to find one in the guac dip especially considering they don't make it in house.The chips are extremely salty, which I guess almost helped with the bland flavor of walmart packaged guac.They don't drain the chicken juices before putting it in the taco, never have I had dry meat that was so wet.The burrito bowl was disgusting, didn't even eat it.It's a cool looking place, could have a lot of potential but we've been sick since eating there is the only reason I'm leaving a review.The place sucks, needs some kitchen help desperately. This was my 2nd time going and my last.
Such a great vibe to this place with great staff and amazing food! Love, love, love the live music as well!

Service is ALWAYS awful. Took forever to greet our table and get drinks. Food came out cold even though it took long enough to make it from scratch. You would think margaritas would be good here but they're trash. Then we go outside and let the server know, asks for to go boxes and get plastic cups for a drinks to take on the patio and we come back and the whole table to cleared all our food thrown away. She offers a small discount and when I say half my food got taken I would like at least 50% off she says idk what to tell you. I have to ask...but the mgr finally comes over and applied the discount after we stood around the front for 15 mins without a table. This will be my last visit. It disappoints every single time at this place. Servers there need a complete overhaul on their training.
Don’t get much food for the price. I picked up the to-go bag and it felt empty. Thought there was no way there was $28 worth in there. And unfortunately most of the pieces of meat were actually just chunks of fat.

My first experience wasn't great. Felt rushed and the service wasn't great. The place looked real nice inside and festive for the holidays. Our group came in just after 8pm and were asked if we had reservations and we did not. There were a 4-5 open tables so they got us a table after checking. We were told twice by the host that the kitchen closed at 830 then again by the server to basically better order quickly.We ordered our food and one of our members didn't get 3 tacos but was charged anyway .That was easily fixed after the bill to take that off. My order of tacos was sad with very little meat and I wasn't satisfied. I figured why bother asking for more meat if the kitchens likely closed after we got our food. The waiter seemed busy with other tables and only filled my drink once and not the others. We were never offered any drink options and just felt like an afterthought the whole time. The rest of our groups food did look great though and they enjoyed it as those looked like good portions. I'll give it one more shot another time and hope I have a better experience and more meat in my tacos. I'll hopefully have a better review score then.
